Amy was always available to answer questions, kept us updated, and truly went above and beyond for us. Her team, including Joshua in underwriting, worked so hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving efficiently, and thanks to them, we were able to close a whole week early! One thing that really stood out was how thoughtful and personal they were throughout the process. The gift boxes they sent along the way made such a stressful season feel exciting and special and made us laugh! My husband and I were so impressed with their communication skills and creative loan options. We had the experience of attempting to obtain a loan from another broker and due to their lack of communication and attention to detail, we lost that loan and good interest rate.
